It is finally ready! The new training program you were looking forward to will keep you company for six weeks. Weeks during which, with the minimum equipment (only two dumbbells and a slingshot) you will lose fat, tone up, improve your cardiovascular system, be more energetic, and so on.
You will train 5 times a week, two days is a break. Exercise will come intensifying from week to week. I suggest these programs for those girls who have completed one of the programs in shape with Aulona and have gained experience and resistance in training, as it is an intensive program.
The whole body will work every day. You will be in a "time war", you will not have a certain number of reps (repetitions to do), but you will try to do as many repetitions within the allotted time. The goal should be that from the first day, until the last day, the number of reps for the same time frame is increased.
When paired with diet, the program helps you lose pounds. If your goal is just toning, then you can follow the program without diet.
